Sponsoring a House is a great way to partner with Metro Camden Habitat for Humanity and it works wonders for team building.  We have many levels of partnership depending on your interests:

Full House Sponsorship

Fund the total cost to build one house ($75,000).  If you wish, you may supply the labor for as much as you would like of the volunteer construction tasks from framing to painting. Timeframe: approximately 8 month commitment – depending on the project, level of volunteer support, etc.  MCHH provides the project management, supervision, materials, equipment and tools required to assist your volunteer groups.

Partial House Sponsorship

If the financial commitment to sponsor a full house is out of reach, consider sponsoring a portion of the house, or a phase of construction – such as sponsoring the kitchen; exterior of the house, etc.

Sponsor a Team Habitat Build Day

Build a house while building pride and teamwork within your corporation.  A financial contribution of $2,500 entitles you to send up to 20 volunteers for a day of on-site construction work.  Your company will be listed in our Annual Report as well as our newsletter, Habitat Happenings, (which is sent to 7000 households and businesses within and around Camden County).

Special Events

Your corporation may be interested in underwriting the cost of a fundraiser, a project dedication, or a program associated with our organization, such as the Homeowners Academy or the Construction Trades Training Program.  For example, you may wish to sponsor the Homeowners Academy financially, as well as support the program by providing volunteers who have the expertise to train the future homeowners to manage their financial affairs.
